James & Victoria R. Werneth are founders of World Outreach Ministries, together they flow in the 5 fold ministry. They are revivalists ,whose ministry of faith and revelation has affected the lives of many people. Their passionate desire is to see the broken in heart be mended and made whole,the sick be healed by God's healing love, and to see the Body of Christ grow up into their identity in Christ.
Victoria moves in a strong prophetic anointing many times giving the directives of the Lord and releasing healing to the broken through spontaneous singing.
Thousands have witnessed many diseases being healed, while preaching the Gospel of the Kingdom of God.Together they have ministered in many foreign countrie,such as Cuba,Ireland, England, Denmark, & Africa, as well as locally in the U.S.
Together they teach, train, and equip people how to live FREE, AND BE MADE WHOLE in spirit, soul, and body
James and Victoria has worked together with the Bay area food bank in the distribution of food to the poor and needy.Altogether for the past 26 yrs. they have ministered the Word of God in many places.Places such as:Churches, Correctional & substance abuse facilities, Sidewalk Sunday Schools ,Foster Homes, Domestic Violence shelters,Teen challenge,Youth Centers, & Homeless shelters, in their gospel Tent, and city parks.They teach Life changing principles through THE WORD OF GOD, by holding seminars,crusades, and conferences, in inner cities, and all over the world. They are committed in bringing Hope to the Hopeless, to Reach the Unreachable, and Love the Unlovable.

Pain, lonliness, & suffering excuses no one, nor asks permission to enter in
one's heart.It does not care what age, race or color you are. It will continue to destroy one's life if allowed to by minds of denial,selfishness,hatred,predjudices,or greed. But once God's Eternal Endless Love comes and moves in, through the loving hearts and hands of His creation, pain,lonliness, & suffering will cease.

Love Your Neighbor Center will be geared toward helping
women, and their children, who are HURTING!
Ones who have been broken and beaten down, because of
bad choices,circumstances, or detrimental relationships.
Aiding in the recovery of their physical health, peace of mind,
and joyful spirit through a structured environment in which
the Holy Spirit ministers Healing and Wholeness.
Its our mission to provide a supportive community that enables
women and their children to make a positive and productive transition back into society, safely and sucessfully!
Our goal is to LOVE,house,feed,& clothe these hurting and destitute.

- 30% of children do not have a father's name on their birth certificate
- 35% of women and children have faced physical abuse
- Alabama's prison population ranks fifth in the nation
- 50% of those whose parents succumbed to the temptations of drugs or
alcohol will do the same - by the time they can drive a car. - 55% of prisoners return to prison within three years
- 80% of those who serve prison time are arrested for minor and major violations
It will be Our Goal To strengthen
one's life in social skills, literacy,family and marriage,and anger management. While working together with local agencies, L.Y.N. Center will be able to offer assistance and services to them such as:
job training, education,and job placement.
Helping to prepare them for spiritual, and socioeconomic freedom. In the Bible there records a man who
fell from Jerusalem (Place of peace) to Jerico (A place shut up). Where
thieves came in, stripped him of his raiment, leaving him half dead.
Many priests came by seeing him, and walked on the other side,
Ignoring his need. The Good Samaratain came to where he was, and
immediately bound up his wounds, and poured in the oil and the wine.
The major Key ingredient, that transformed this one’s life, was not the
oil, or the wine, but JESUS' LOVE AND COMPASSION.
James & Victoria through the Power of the Holy Spirit , have come to the hurting and have seen Jesus' love and compassion heal and help thousands of people all over the world, and from all walks of life.
As a non-profit volunteer organization we depend on businesses, and volunteers to help meet the needs of others. That is why we are in need of your support and funding.
